We implement Uniconta as a cloud ERP for trading and service companies that want administration, stock and invoicing in one system. This page shows, topic by topic, what that involves.
15,000+ customers work with Uniconta. (Source: uniconta.com)
Our role
Uniconta is cloud-based ERP and accounting software for growing businesses. We set up the administration and the operational processes: general ledger and reporting structure, relations and items, purchasing and sales, stock and project administration. We also transfer your basic data from your current package. The connection with BizBloqs is standard. Connections to, for example, your bank or webshop are possible; what comes with them we agree with you beforehand. For a webshop we help you choose and we deliver the connection with Uniconta; designing or making the webshop itself is not something we do. Transferring basic data is included; cleaning, conversion and data from several sources we agree with you beforehand.
We work fit-to-standard: the standard of Uniconta first, and only then a look at deviations. Order data is entered once and then reused throughout the process, with checks on price, discount and delivery so that corrections afterwards are no longer needed.
Offer
We set up proven software to a fixed standard. We do not develop custom work in Uniconta. That is why we can give a fixed price, agreed before we start.
We deliver ERP as a standard package, with Uniconta and BizBloqs if you also have a warehouse. There is no second, open-ended ERP route. A separate system or an integration we do set up as a project, with a scoping phase and an estimate beforehand.

Journey
Discovery of the administrative chain, a fit-to-standard set-up, a build that includes transferring basic data and the standard connection with BizBloqs, a controlled first invoicing round and hand-over to your own team. Other connections are possible; what comes with them we agree with you beforehand. See IT implementation for the approach, or IT landscape analysis if the choice has not been made yet.
